Homeowner care guide
Keep shower glass
clear and refined.
A short, consistent routine is usually more effective than aggressive occasional cleaning. Always follow the care directions supplied with your specific glass and hardware.
Simple habits make the difference
Squeegee after use
Removing water from the glass after showering helps reduce the mineral and soap residue left behind as droplets dry. Keep a clean, soft squeegee within easy reach.
Let the enclosure dry
Use the bathroom exhaust fan and leave the enclosure open when practical. Better airflow helps moisture evaporate from glass, seals, tile, and hardware.
Avoid abrasive tools
Do not use abrasive pads, harsh powders, razor blades, or cleaners that are not approved for the installed glass, protective coating, and hardware finish. Test any unfamiliar product in an inconspicuous area first.
Wipe hardware gently
Use a soft cloth and manufacturer-approved cleaner. Rinse away product residue and dry the hardware to preserve its finish.
Address buildup early
Water chemistry varies throughout Central Texas. If spotting or haze begins to appear, address it promptly using care instructions appropriate for the glass rather than allowing repeated deposits to accumulate.
